The law firm Ivanič & Partners was founded in 2013.
Its founding partner JUDr. Dušan Ivanič, LL.M., has been practicing law since 2007. During his career, he worked in several renowned domestic and foreign law firms and accumulated rich professional experience, especially in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, capital markets, private equity and alternative investments, compliance, insolvency law, as well as in the dispute resolution agenda.
